The following conditions are applicable to all passengers
booking with ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER:

1. Payment is to be made upon booking. ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER will follow up by issuing written confirmation with full details of the booking which will be sent by email (or by fax if requested). Payments already made may be refunded under the conditions detailed in art. 7 or if ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER is compelled by circumstances beyond their control to cancel the booking or if the company otherwise accepts cancellation.

2. Customers agree to ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER general conditions including when the booking is made by phone.

3. When customers book for two or more persons, they agree to these conditions in the name of the other persons. We thus consider that all members of the group have accepted ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER's general conditions.

4. Your e-mail (or fax) confirmation is your receipt and must be shown to the driver or ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER representative for both outward and return journeys.

5. The addresses shown on your confirmation are those of your destination and your meeting point for the transfer. If you wish to modify them or change any other detail, your request should be made by phone or email at least 4 days before the journey. The charge for any modification made to a booking is 10€.

6. If a booking has been made for a private individual and the plane or train is delayed, the vehicle made available by ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER will remain on standby for ninety minutes at no additional cost. Afterwards, the driver may leave. ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER will send you another taxi free of charge once you have arrived and called ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER.

7. Bookings should be cancelled by phone or by email. We should be advised of any cancellations at the very latest 7 days before the date of the journey. Beyond this limit, ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER will make no refund. In the event of cancellation by the customer, ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER will undertake to refund of the journey minus an administrative fee of 10€ per person.

8. All luggage should be clearly labelled with the owner’s name and address at destination.

9. All luggage accompanying a customer will be accepted, including skis or snowboards in travel cases, golf club bags and cases.

10. ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER reserves the right, transferable to their drivers, to refuse transport in their vehicles to any person visibly under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and whose behaviour could be considered a threat to the safety of the other passengers and the driver.

11. Consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking are strictly prohibited on board all vehicles.

12. ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER and their carriers will do their utmost to ensure that vehicles arrive punctually at the agreed meeting points and to deliver their customers to their destination at the appointed time. However, ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER and their carriers decline all responsibility in the event of delays incurred by events beyond their control. Incidents beyond our control occasionally prevent the successful achievement of our task – such incidents could be:

. Road accidents incurring slow downs
. Road accidents bringing all traffic to a halt
. Extreme weather conditions
. Law enforcement
. Vandalism and terrorism
. Unpredictable traffic jams
. Strikes or demonstrations blocking the roads
. Problems induced by other passengers
. Any other incident which could influence the security of other passengers

13. The carriers and taxis used for transportation are all duly registered as carriers and taxis in the appropriate directories and the vehicles made available are properly insured for passenger transportation as required by French law.

14. With respect to luggage – although it is handled with the greatest care, passenger luggage is transported at the owners’ risk and ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER or the carrier can under no circumstances be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. We recommend that passengers check their travel insurance prior to departure.

15. If the carrier is unable to deliver customers to their appointed destination, ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER will undertake to organise alternative transport. Refunds made by ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER to cover the cost of this alternative transport cannot exceed the cost of a taxi to the customers’ destination.

16. ABCIS TAXIS/EXCLUSIVE TRANSFER can be held responsible only for predictable and reasonable incidents arising from an error in the contract.

17. The above general conditions comply with French law.
