Abcis-Taxi is committed to your comfort and satisfaction and will do everything it can to ensure you have a pleasant trip.

We offer the following guarantees, as from our sales conditions:

• You will not get stranded at the airport: we will remain on standby for 90 minutes should your flight or train be delayed. If your flight or train happens to be delayed more than that, call us upon your arrival and we will send you another cab, free of charge.
• Last-minute destination changes are okay: you can change your cab's destination up to 4 days before your flight for a €10 fee.
• Cancellation is allowed: should you be unable to travel and have to cancel your trip with us, you can do so up to 7 days before the flight date and we will refund your payment to you minus a €10 administrative charge.
• We carry all your luggage, including bulky items such as skis and snowboards in travel cases, golf club bags... Please notify us in advance of what kind of luggage you plan to bring, so we can select the best taxi for your needs.
• Child safety is important to us, and we will at your request provide the taxi with child seats. Don't forget to tell us how many children are coming along with you and their ages!
